Order Modifications:

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it. However, you may update the shipping address within the first 5-10 hours after placing your order. To make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Aerohaus provides a 30-day return policy for our customers from the day they receive their item. Please be aware that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us directly at contact@theaerohaus.com

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, Aerohaus will ensure that you are provided with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at contact@theaerohaus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier's hands.
